Answer: You are quite correct, currently you can create and use your survey for free. Eventually we will begin charging people to use their surveys. Everyone who has a survey at that time will have an additional free 3 months use of any surveys that they have created. And some of our existing users, that have been so helpfull in providing feedback and suggestions have been given free lifetime usage of our service.
