	What is the quickest way to create a survey Question: My boss, who is currently overseas, has been talking to one of our customers who has used an Accurate Surveys survey to get valuable feedback from their customers. She wants me to create her a sample survey in 2 hours before she catches her flight home so that she can think about surveying our customers. How can I do this? Answer: Follow the wizard towards the bottom of the home page. The wizard will prompt you to give your survey a title, add questions from the library of existing questions. You should have time to add a few questions specific to your business. Then use the Create Survey -> User Links page to send a link to your boss to do your survey. You can add delete and change questions as you get feedback from your boss and others.
	How can I format my question answers Question: I notice that there are a number of different ways that users can answer questions in your surveys. What are the different ways that I can setup questions for my survey? Answer: There are a number of ways you can display the answers available to respondents, eg a radio button where only one answer can be selected, a list box where your respondent can choose from a drop down list or a check box where multiple answers can be selected, amongst others. To see the complete range and how they behave, select the Preview option on the question page and the question, its answers and their behavior can be seen and tested as you create and change your questions.
	I would like to change how my surveys looks Question: I would like to change the fonts and colours of my survey to conform with our company standard. Can I do this? Answer: You can create your own Cascading Style Sheet to change the look and feel of your survey. A Cascading Style Sheet is a file that defines how the elements on a web page are formatted. (See http://www.w3c.org/Style/CSS/) You can see the html tags and classes that are used in your survey by viewing the source of your survey questions. (In Internet Explorer View -> Source). Once you have created your style sheet, upload it to your web site and enter its address in the Cascading Style Sheet field on the Create Survey -> More -> Display page. If you view the source of the our survey on many of the pages (the Your Feedback button), you can open its cascading style sheet and see how it defines the format of its html elements.
	I have several questions with the same answer Question: I have several questions and they each have the same answers that the user can choose from. Do I have to enter each of the answer choices for each question? Answer: Once you have created a list of answers you can reuse it in other questions. If you give your answers a meaningful name it will make it easier to find. Also, if you use the radio or checkbox format for your questions and they have the same answers, then the questions will be formatted in a grid with the answer choices as column headings to reduce the space required on the screen and improve the look of your survey. And, you can use the same answers across multiple surveys. Other administrators that you add to your survey can also use your answers in their surveys.
